Small Plastic Hexagon Equipment Mount

I need two hexagon mounting base designed for equipment. This base should be made out of plastic. It needs to have dimensions under 10 cm. The center of the base should have a hole for the wires to pass through, while covering the plug since this will be installed on a vehicle. There should be three mounting holes passing through the base. See attached.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing the base
- Experience with designing equipment mounts
- Knowledge of plastic's properties for durability
