Slope Area Erosion-Controlled Flattening Plan

I need a professional engineer to develop plans for creating a flat area on a medium-sized, sloping property (approximately 1000-5000 square feet). This space will not be used for building but it needs to be leveled properly. The land has loamy soil and the plan must include comprehensive erosion control measures.
