I'm in need of a highly skilled and experienced architect or designer who can create a comprehensive set of design documents for a single-story residential property. The project entails the following:
- A detailed floor plan: I need a complete floor plan for the property, considering all the essential living spaces and their appropriate dimensions.
- A professional blueprint: I require a high-quality blueprint that is clear, accurate, and easy to understand. This will be used for both construction and legal purposes.
- Electrical layout: Alongside the basic floor plan and blueprint, I need a detailed electrical layout. This should include all necessary electrical fixtures, outlets, and wiring placements.
The ideal candidate should have a background in architecture or a related field, with specific experience in residential design and blueprint creation. Expertise in electrical design and layout planning is also a must.
