Single-Story House Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced autocad draftsman to generate a modern, single-story house plan. I already have the plans in pdf and engineering. I will need someone to re-draw the house and add the engineering mark-up to the plans.
Requirements:
- Expertise in autocad or similar drafting software
- good English language skills
Recreate the plans i have in .pdf form in .cad - done CORRECTLY. That means, not exploded into 1000 different details, a professionally created .cad house plan that can be easily modified on my end later.
Simple task, copy pdf plans into cad, add engineer mark-ups and be open to communication when required. Someone who is able to check their own work and produce a good product that doesn't have a bunch of mistakes i have to fix later.
Basically, a professionally trained Draftsman proficient in Autocad or similar.
Job to be completed in 2-3 days. Payment to be made as one installment at completion of the job.
