Simple Part Technical Drawing

I need a technical drawing of a very simple part currently in .stl format.
Requirements:
- Provide the drawing in PDF and DWG formats.
- Include dimensions and tolerances.
- Include Label of parts. "Bracket" "Tube" "Screw" "Optional Adhesive"
- Use metric units (millimeters).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience with .stl and technical drawing conversion.
