Senior Mechanical Engineer - Production-Ready Industrial Cabinet (300kg Load + Hidden Casters) CAD

I am looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in Sheet Metal Design to develop the production-ready engineering for an industrial dispensing cabinet. This project requires high-precision CAD files optimized for laser cutting, CNC bending, and assembly for a professional fabrication shop.
Core Technical Challenges:
Heavy Load Management: The internal chassis must be engineered to support a total operational load of 300kg (Static and Dynamic).
Aesthetic Mobility: The cabinet must include 4 heavy-duty industrial casters. These wheels must be semi-hidden behind a perimeter skirt (recessed base) without compromising stability or the swivel radius.
Material Strategy: Design must be optimized for 1.5mm thickness (Galvanized and Stainless Steel). You must design a reinforced base frame to distribute the weight and prevent the sheet metal from warping at the caster mounting points.
Integration: Custom brackets and cutouts for industrial peripherals (15.6" Screen, POS terminal, Printer) and a complete internal fluid control system (pumps, sensors, and hose routing).
Mandatory Deliverables (14-Day Timeline):
Native Files: SolidWorks (Preferred) or Fusion 360 parametric files.
Fabrication Pack: 1:1 DXF/DWG flat patterns with correct K-Factors for 1.5mm plate.
BOM: Comprehensive Bill of Materials for all fasteners, casters, and structural components.
Assembly Guide: Exploded views and technical bending angles.
