Secure ATM Cash Filler

I run a fleet of privately owned ATMs and need a purpose-built cash-filling solution that combines rock-solid security with smooth loading. The core requirements are:

• Cash filling mechanism that lets me load notes quickly straight into standard cassettes, minimising downtime and user error.
• Integrated security features—tamper sensors, dual-factor access, and an encrypted access log—to protect every refill cycle and create an auditable trail for compliance.

This filler will be used only on my private ATM machines, so dimensions, connectors, and software hooks must match the usual off-site, standalone cabinets rather than drive-up or branch-integrated models.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Engineering drawings or CAD files for the physical filler.
2. Control firmware or software (with source) that handles the security logic and communicates with the ATM.
3. A short deployment guide explaining installation, calibration, and daily operation.

I’ll test the unit against a live cassette to confirm that cash is seated correctly, all alarms trigger when expected, and the access log captures each action. Once those checks pass, the project is complete.
