2028 | Section 4_56_amendments drafting

To complete a full set of CAD drawings for council amendments submission (section 4.56) consisting in cover page, floorplans, elevations, sections, calculations and external finishes schedule . Freelancers must possess skills in architectural understanding. NON-ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN CAD ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING IS A NECESSITY. The following drawings will need to be completed;

- Site_roof plan
- Plan_basement
- Plan_lower ground
- Plan_ground
- Plan_first
- Plan_attic
- Elevation_front fence
- Elevation_East
- Elevation_South
- Elevation_North
- Elevation West
- Section A
- Section B
- Section C
- Section D
- Section E

A full example set of documentation for a similar project will be sent for reference. –A set of design development plans, sections and elevations and a set of construction documentation set for this project are also attached- A mark up set of drawings will be sent as well with the items to be change and highlighted/ clouded. Also, it will be provided a summary of amendments and you will need to write down the number of the amendments on the drawings as per mark up. All drawings in A3 size and completed using Autocad. .dwg files to be provided. Payments will be processed over 2 stages with submission and review at each stage.

Stage 1 – 75% of full documentation completed 65% of the total cost
Stage 2 – 25% of full documentation completed 35% of the total cost
