Schwarzplan Creation from City Scans

I have a set of high-resolution scans of an entire city and I need them converted into a clean Schwarzplan that I can use for historical analysis. The map should show only the solid-filled masses, so please keep the buildings to simple black outlines without textures or façade detail. In addition to the buildings, I want the streets and pathways, the parks and open spaces, and the distinctive orange hedges all clearly differentiated with their own solid fills or hatches—whatever convention best preserves legibility at print scale.

You will start from my scans (TIFF and PDF formats) and produce a vector drawing that scales up well for large-format printing as well as screen presentation. I work primarily in Archicad so a PLN or DWG if you prefer to draft in CAD.

Acceptance criteria
• Every building footprint is traced and filled; no roof shapes or height info—just the basic outlines.
• All streets, paths, parks, and the orange hedges read distinctly when the drawing is printed in black and one accent colour.
• The final file aligns precisely to the scans; no visible mis-registration when overlaying.
• Deliverables: plan or dig or dxf + any source files used.
