Rubber seal

I’m looking to manufacture a product that works as a seal for 12” tubular fans. It consists of a thin flexible rubber, a hard plastic frame around the flexible rubber and a strip of adhesive on one side over the hard plastic frame. I’ve attached some hand drawings and mockups.
