Rotating frame

I work for a company that uses CNC machines. I need the technical drawing of a frame that can rotate towards the right by the means of a crank. The frame should have the possible to open on the same side of the crank. The dimensions of the frame are the following: 360mm wide x 1220mm long x 34mm in height. I attached what I have done for now, but I need somoene to add a mechanism that opens the front of the frame and also the rotating mechanism.
