Roll Forming Dies Design for Two Profiles
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a skilled individual to create detailed roll-forming dies for my rolling machine.
- Design: Your role will include designing roll-forming dies for two specific profiles.
- Material: The profiles will be made from Galvanized Steel Grade Q235 or Equivalent.
- Dimensions: The profiles will be of the following dimensions:
- Profile A: 220x120 with a thickness between 2.5 and 3.0mm
- Profile B: 150x115 with a thickness between 2.0 and 2.5mm
The profiles will be submitted for the candidate in CAD format.
The design should encompass all the necessary features to facilitate the production of the dies. Experience with RF Copra software is highly desirable. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of roll forming processes and the ability to translate specific dimensional requirements into an effective die design.
