Retail Space to Takeout Kitchen Conversion
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I'm converting a retail space into a take-out kitchen. I need a licensed plumber and electrician work to help me with this project.
Plumbing Requirements:
- We need to extend the water from the bathroom to adjacent room (through one wall) to make 4 sinks. One will connect to a grease trap outside then out to the city sewer.
Electrical Requirements:
- The electrical work will primarily involve converting 2 plugs to 240V
I also need the existing floor plan, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
