Residential Structural Drawing Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm seeking a skilled structural engineer to prepare detailed structural drawings for a residential building. Must have state of Virginia seal.The project is at the detailed design stage.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Expertise in residential structural design
- Proficiency in creating accurate and comprehensive structural drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and precision
Please provide samples of previous work and a brief outline of your approach.
You will need to provide an Engineered perforated shear wall for the rear wall, since there is so large of an area of doors and windows and they are all right together. You might need to provide a moment frame for the area of these doors and windows. If you can get this done and provide an overall wind bracing plan that shows how long the wind bracing panels are and where they will be located on each braced wall line, then we will be done with our review
