I need a straightforward set of layout drawings for a residential build. The focus is on the essentials—nothing overly detailed—just a clear, tidy blueprint that shows:

• Plumbing: fixture locations and simple pipe routing
• Electrical: outlet, switch, and light-point positions with a basic circuit schedule

I already have the floor plan in PDF; you can work in AutoCAD or any comparable CAD tool and return the layouts as PDF plus the source file. Keep symbols and notes standard so a local installer can follow them without extra explanations. If you have questions about dimensions or room functions, let me know early so we stay within scope.
