Residential Landscape Water Efficiency Plan

I need assistance with preparing a Landscape Water Efficiency Plan for LA County Plan check. I will need to hire a CA licensed landscape architect who can prepare and stamp the plans. The landscape plans have already been provided by the architect and the water efficiency calculations still need to be completed and stamped. Thank you
