Residential Landscape Redesign and Parking Space
I am looking for a freelancer who can enhance the curb appeal of my current landscape and add some parking space at the end of my drive with screening. Although it is in good condition, I feel that it could benefit from some improvements with more compact deer proof plantings. I will keep some existing plantings but will replace many that I do not like.
My priorities for the redesign are to improve the overall appearance of the landscape and to optimize the parking functionality of the space. I would like to maximize green space while still having enough room for two compact vehicles.

Add Parking Spaces on back of driveway for 2 compact cars
Add artificial turf in back yard
Add privacy with neighbors and screen view of cars on drive from pool area.

I have included an original CAD (before construction), recent photos, and made comments on my ideas for each area on the PDF document.
My budget for the project is less than $1000. I do not need renderings or video. I would like a color landscape plan. I am very familiar will local plants and have been involved in several landscape design projects. Please apply for this project. Thank you!
