Residential House Design

Hi,

I am planning to build a small residential house on a modest plot
in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. I need a professional architect/CAD
designer to create:

1. 2D Floor Plans (Ground + First Floor if applicable)
- AutoCAD drawings (DWG/DXF format)
- Labeled room dimensions, door/window locations

2. 3D Exterior Model & Front Elevation
- 3D visualization of the house façade
- High-resolution renders showing the front-facing side
- Basic materials/colors applied

3. Deliverables
- CAD files (.dwg or .dxf)
- High-res images (3000+ x 2000px) of front elevation
- Optional: Quick walkthrough or interior 3D view of main hall

Project Details:
- Location: Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh (Tier-2 city, modest construction)
- Plot Size: 41 x 36.5 feet
- Floors: Single Floor (it would be on top of ground floor house)
- Type: Simple residential bungalow
- Budget: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 INR (firm)

Timeline:
- 1-2 weeks preferred (flexible if justified)
- 2-3 rounds of minor revisions included

What I'm looking for:
- Experienced CAD professional or junior architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
- Portfolio with previous house design work
