Residential HVAC Drawings, FBC 2023 -- 2

I have a Florida residence ready for permit submission and I need HVAC drawings turned around quickly. The home will use a packaged unit, but I want it laid out as a true multi-zone system so each living area can be independently controlled. All work must comply with the 2023 Florida Building Code, 8th Edition, and I’m only interested in someone who already has U.S. experience producing permit-ready HVAC plans.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Scaled HVAC floor plans with duct routing, diffuser locations, returns, and equipment placement
• Manual J/S/T load calculations supporting the design
• A zoning schematic that clearly shows the separate zones and control strategy
• Equipment schedule and mechanical notes cross-referenced to the FBC 2023 mechanical chapters
• Any required details for condensate, outside air, and exhaust provisions
• Deliverables in PDF for the building department plus the original DWG or Revit files
