Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical - New Build - Material Take Off

I am looking for a highly experienced quantity surveyor to join our team on a residential new build project. The surveyor will be required to complete a comprehensive mechanical survey that includes heating and ventilation, plumbing, and gas installations. Additionally, they will be responsible for completing a material take off involving pipe/fittings/sundries/sanitary and radiator items. This challenging and complex project requires someone who is highly knowledgeable in the area of construction surveying.
