Prototype Refining, CAD File and 3D Printed Prototype

Hi there, I've already created and built a rough prototype of a unique tool for my industry; however, after some testing, I'd like to refine it so I can move forward with a patent application. It is a very simple tool that does not involve tech. I need help with:
1. Refining the design.
2. Establishing a list of materials that achieve my user experience goals and can be scaled for mass production.
3. Creating a proper 2D model and CAD file.
4. 3D printing of the final prototype (optional but highly desired).
I'd like to get this turned around quickly if possible (less than one month from start to finish). Thanks so much.
