Project mechanical drawings

We are a renewable installer who also carry out the associated mechanical installation. We have a number of projects but two that are eminent, where we would like to mark up the PDF drawings for a CAD drafts man to create the drawings in dwg for us to approve and send to our clients as pdf's with our company logo etc. The drawings will consist of standard mechanical layouts such as Plantroom layouts, Above ground drainage, hot and cold water pipework layouts, heating flow and return layouts.
