Project Unit Conversion (Imperial to Metric)

Construction drawings are sourced in Imperial measurements. We need to have these adjusted to metric units. Ongoing work may be small (30min) to larger scope (many hours) of manual number adjustments of PDF documents. (unless it is possible through software)
