Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for Food Margarine Plant with proccess simulation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are an engineering company in need of a P&ID drawing for our margarine plant process. This project requires the completion of 1 P&ID done in AutoCAD. Files must be delivered in DWG and PDF (monochrome) format and adhere to best drafting practices for P&IDs. Please do not bid if you lack direct experience with P&ID drawings for industrial processes. We will provide the PFD. Additionally, the process must be simulated using HYSYS, with the simulation results included as part of the project output. The project must be completed in 5 days.
Project Details:
- Create a standard P&ID from the provided PFD.
- Simulate the process using HYSYS and include the simulation results.
- Use of layers is required and should be consistent throughout all drawings. Layer groups should be logical.
- All drawings must be in 11 X 17 scale.
- Best drafting practices for P&IDs are required. If you do not understand this terminology, please do not bid.
- Deliver files in DWG & PDF.
- Ensure consistency and correct all errors in the PFD. There may be places where different symbols are used or improperly labeled. Ensure that these are fixed in the P&ID and all symbols and labels are consistent.
- Add insulation specs and piping labels as necessary. You might see notes like "2" CS" or "1/4" SS". You need to create proper piping specs and labels. CS, SS, and PVC are piping materials.
- We do NOT expect you to simply copy the exact symbols and layout of the PFD. We expect you to interpret the PFD and put everything in proper format and style for P&IDs.
Workflow:
1. Use HYSYS simulation software to verify the specifications of the pipes (double jackets) and pumps provided.
2. Upload the P&ID in DWG format as it is completed, not at the last minute.
3. We expect the P&ID and HYSYS simulation results to be completed within 5 days.
4. We will review and mark up the drawing and return it to you for revision. Continue making revisions until the final version is approved.
5. Once we approve the final version, upload the final DWG version and also create a PDF plot in monochrome.stb at proper scale (11X17).
6. After receiving your drawing, if the drawing is not satisfactory, does not use best drafting practices, or is not up to our standards, we reserve the right to cancel this project without payment and repost.

In order for your bid to be considered, you must submit one complete P&ID drawing you have done in the past. We WILL NOT consider bids from anyone who cannot follow all instructions in this listing.
