3D-Printable Pipeline Inspection Robot -- 2

Job ID: 40273336

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a complete 3D CAD model of a pipeline-inspection robot that can reliably navigate through sewer pipes larger than 24 inches in diameter. For now, its job is movement, camera and led light, so the design must leave logical mounting points for future sensors without compromising balance or clearances.

Because I will be printing the parts myself, every component has to be optimized for standard FDM printers (220 × 220 × 250 mm build volume) with minimal support material and straightforward post-processing. Think in terms of interlocking or bolted sections that can be printed flat, then assembled with off-the-shelf hardware.

Deliverables
• Native CAD files (Fusion or Onshape ) plus exported STEP and STL for each printable part
• An exploded view or brief assembly guide showing hardware, fastener sizes, and motor placements
• A short note on print orientation, infill, and any critical tolerances so the parts fit together smoothly

If you have experience designing mobile platforms for tight spaces or have tackled sewer or drain robots before, that’s a big plus—I’m counting on practical design choices that keep weight low and traction high without overcomplicating the build.
