Printable Bikini Pattern Design

I’m getting ready to launch a small swim-wear collection and I need accurate, production-ready sewing patterns for a women’s bikini. I already have the concept sketches, so what I’m looking for is an experienced pattern maker who can translate those ideas into a set of digital files that I can print and hand straight to my sample maker.

The patterns must cover the standard size range—S, M and L—properly graded and clearly labeled. Please add all the usual industry details: grain lines, notches, seam allowances and piece names. I plan to send files to a plotter, so supply the final files in a plt form or similar format that can be plotted and printed. If you prefer a different layout approach, let me know; I’m flexible as long as it’s easy for the end user to assemble.

Deliverables:
• Digital pattern files for bikini top and bottom in S, M, L
• File in PLT form plus must be able to have measurements and be plotted
• A brief instruction sheet indicating fabric stretch direction, suggested materials and assembly order

I will review the draft on a quick test print, give any fit feedback, and then sign off when everything lines up perfectly. If you’ve created swimsuit patterns before and understand the nuances of stretch fabric, I’d love to see an example of your work.
