Plastic Injection Molding Expert Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking an experienced engineer for a high-volume plastic injection molding process. The task will involve creating medium-sized (10cm-50cm) plastic parts.
These will will need to be developed with me testing the part/s in field. It's a very simple design with no moving parts, made of a softer plastic that is a bit malleable. It might be one or two parts, depending on what can be made to work, and involves liquid and capillary action.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in plastic injection molding
- Proven experience in high-volume production (over 10,000 units)
- Ability to work with medium-sized parts
- Deep knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes
Ideal skills and experience:
- Engineering degree or related field
- Prior experience in similar projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
