Personal Floor Plan Design

I'm looking for a professional to help design a floor plan for my personal use. The plan can be done over a few months.
Looking for something similar to the attached which is my roughly done excel attempt, also the floor plan I found that I have modified to suit my personal idea so you know where I am coming from.
I am not familiar with building standards so need someone who knows what they are doing to finalise.
Please include a brief portfolio of your past work in your application, particularly any relevant to floor plan design.
I will award the job on the 19th of October.
