Patient Care Medical Cart Design

I'm looking for an experienced product design engineer to create a medical cart primarily for patient care. This cart should be equipped with various essential components and made of high-quality aluminum/stainless steel for durability and lightweight. The cart needs have elements to allow it to be assembled and disassembled on a daily basis.

Key Requirements:
- Design a medical cart with:
- Storage drawers for medical supplies
- Space/platforms and fixtures for monitoring devices
- An oxygen tank holder
- Utilize aluminum as the primary material for the cart
- Ensure the design is practical, user-friendly and meets the requirements of patient care settings
- inserts for mobile iv pole

I have crude dimensional drawings and a working cart with similar dimensions that I need to refine and design to be taken apart for mobile transport. I have pics of the working cart. The support column is aluminum, the platforms are cast iron. The base is cast iron. The drawers are metal with plastic faces.
