PLC HVAC Control Panel Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m upgrading a building-management installation and need a complete PLC-based electrical panel design dedicated to the HVAC side. The controller will run our chiller plant and the MCC that drives all circulation and condenser pumps, so the drawings must reflect real-world motor loads, interlocks, and safety devices rather than generic templates.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A full set of single-line and wiring diagrams, clearly showing every I/O point needed for temperature, flow and pressure feedback, as well as the hard-wired links to the pump starters in the MCC.
• Panel layout and bill of materials, sized to house the PLC, power supplies, contactors, overloads and field terminals without overcrowding.
• I/O list in spreadsheet form that I can import straight into the PLC software.
• Basic ladder or structured-text skeleton so my in-house team can finish the logic once the physical build is complete.
Please generate the drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) or EPLAN—whichever you’re fastest with—and include native files plus PDFs for review.
I’ll sign off the job when the drawings pass a quick clash check, the BOM components are all orderable, and the I/O list matches the schematics one-for-one.
