PET Bottle Design (repair bottle mold/mould)

Fix mold/mould design.
This is project is for a bottle mold design. If molds are not designed correctly, parts will not eject from the mold and will get stuck. Preventing this is part of the mold making process. In order for the bottles not to get stuck in the mold, it is necessary to design the mold so that there are no "undercuts", (in which the plastic will stick), and to have "draft angle", which are slight slopes on the side of the feature. The slight slope (draft angel) makes it so the part will easily slide out of the mold.
Issues:
- No radius/rounding on letter edges (sharp corners)
- Letters appear to have undercuts - the "O" and "Z" look like they have overhanging
edges
- Inconsistent extrusion - some letters look different heights
- Draft angles missing
Add fillets/radius to all letter edges:
Select all external edges of the raised letters
Use "Fillet" command with 0.010" radius
This should round all the sharp corners
Fix undercuts on letters like "O":
The center of the "O" shouldn't be a separate floating piece
Letters need to be one continuous raised surface
May need to redesign letters to avoid overhangs
Add draft angles:
Use "Draft" command on all vertical faces of letters
1-2 degrees outward taper
