PCB Design for ESP32-Based Industrial Climate Controller
Budget: $150 – $300 USD
We are seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a two-board system in KiCad for an ESP32-based industrial climate controller. The project involves:
1. A logic board featuring an ESP32, SHT45 sensors, RTC, and a datalogger.
2. A power board with SSR outputs for 220VAC, relays, and PWM outputs.
Deliverables include:
- KiCad schematic files and PCB layout.
- Gerber files ready for JLCPCB manufacturing.
- Full BOM with LCSC part numbers.
- DRC/ERC report.
- 3D models of both boards.
- Pin assignment table.
Freelancers must provide a sample schematic showing an ESP32 connected to one SHT45 sensor on I2C with correct decoupling and pull-up resistors as part of their proposal.
The project must be completed within 15 working days from kickoff to final file delivery.
