Ocean recreational boat

I need cad line drawings from my sketches including bulkheads that I can cut out and transfer to wood to build a model so I can test flow charicteistics unless there is a pertion of auto as that can do flow charts from drawings. This is incompleate but I will provide side and front sketches also. Then need bulkhead and support drawings from that. Not sure what program to choose from below so I am guessing Solidworks. I guess I need wire frame and a rendering when finnished would be nice
