New building electrical drawing

I'm looking to hire someone to help me with the electrical drawings for a new commercial building. I have detailed specifications for the work that need to be followed. The project itself is relatively small, covering just one single floor. So, I'm looking for an experienced electrical draftsman who is well-versed in creating detailed drawings for commercial buildings. I need someone who understands how to accurately create diagrams, wiring diagrams, and detailed electrical plans that meet all the specifications laid out in my plans. All in all, this is a relatively small project needing an expert electrical draftsman to complete the work.
