New Home Ennis TX

Need a full set of plans designed for a home being built in Texas. I have a rough drawing (attached) that I would like set up per building code. Hoping to keep the same layout and size if possible. I can answer most questions pertaining to building preferences, 2x4 6/12 gable trusses, electrical sizing for future, etc..

Being built in Ennis TX in the NC district for local code reference.
