Need an Audio/video consultation from an Engineer.

We have a 200x200ft function hall in which we need a PR audio system to be fitted. We need designs to be made for what model of speakers is recommended and also the positioning of these speakers in the hall. We will purchase the system outright and have it as a one time installation. Cad files will be attached below for which the bottom right is the birds eye view of the hall.
