Modular Millwork Shop Drawings

I am looking for a furniture designer to redesign this small section of cabinets & countertop for modular construction.
We will fabricate the cabinets, wall section and countertop at our shop and then transport the pieces to the location for easy assembly and installation. The cabinets/wall section need details for an electrical receptacle and a wire chase inside.
The design needs to be modular for us to be able to easily transport it and to be able to assemble it together on site fast. We need someone that is familiar with modular construction (kit of parts) that can make suggestions where necessary.
It is for for a multi-location restaurant fit-out project and we need to be able to ship the "kit-of-parts" cut plywood pieces for these cabinets easily, if necessary.
The design should be able to be produced on a CNC or laser cut machine.
We need detailed construction drawings with numbering and assembly instructions.
