Modify CAD files and external facade for Chalet

I am looking for a CAD designer who can modify existing CAD/DWG files for a chalet internal transformation project to remove a room and change some calculations and external facade images and features. The specific modifications needed are to add or remove elements already in files provided not to re-draw anything. I have a clear idea of what elements I want to add or remove and this will be provided in form of scanned documents. The deadline for this project is 1 week.

- Ability to accurately interpret and execute modifications based on client specifications
