I need a professional interior designer to create a modern design layout for my entire house, based on a fllor plan and flat design provided using CAD file.
Requirements:
- Design for all rooms in the house
- Modern design style
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in interior design software
- Experience with modern interior design
- Ability to work from CAD files
- 3D rendering and walk through
Summary of work:
A builder is developing a building structure and there are 3 types of carpet areas:
(a) 508 square feet of 1 BHK ( Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) lay out
(b) 562 square feet of 1 BHK ( Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) lay out
(c) 651 square feet of 2 BHK ( Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) lay out
(d) 1200 square feet of 3 BHK ( Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) lay out
The flat layout in CAD format available and for every layout a complete walkthough is needed from road approaching the site, the building, the surrounding, the foyar area, the building entrance, the lift area, the floor area, and the independent flat layouts as described above.
