Modern Real Estate Marketing Floorplans

I will supply you with clean CAD files for several properties and need each one translated into an eye-catching, sales-ready floor plan that speaks to today’s buyers. The visual language should be unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart use of white space, and a restrained colour palette that lets every room and space stand out clearly.

Your task is to take the technical drawings, simplify any construction clutter, label each area intuitively (bedrooms, kitchen, outdoor zones, etc.), and deliver a print-ready PDF suitable for both digital brochures and high-resolution flyers. Room proportions must remain accurate, but furniture icons or measurement callouts are not required; the focus is on the layout itself.

I’ll provide brand colours, CAD layers and naming conventions, and any reference floor plans we’ve liked in past campaigns. You’re free to work in Illustrator, InDesign, or your preferred vector tool as long as the final artwork arrives as layered, editable PDFs with fonts outlined and images embedded.

Deliverable: one polished marketing floor plan PDF per property, ready for immediate placement in our brochures and online listings.
