I'm looking to work with experienced professionals on an exciting project involving a custom design and engineering process for a modern, mid-size (3-4 bedrooms) modular home.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a unique, on-trend design consistent with modern architectural preferences.
- Rigorously engineering all structural components of the modular home in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Ideal candidates have:
- Background in Architecture and/or Structural/Aeronautical Engineering.
- Previous experience with modern, modular home design and engineering.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and building codes related to modular homes.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD and detailed technical drawings.
