Modern Interior Design for 3 BHK -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm seeking an experienced interior designer who can transform my 3 BHK flat into a modern sanctuary with a compact and space-saving furniture approach.
Key Deliverables:
- An AutoCAD plan that includes structural elements and thoughtful furniture placement.
- A plan for a false ceiling, contributing to the overall aesthetic and spatial design.
- A basic 3D model of the flat.
- Detailed 3D designs for the living area, dining area, and kitchen.
Design Preferences:
- The overall interior design should reflect a modern style.
- Color schemes should predominantly feature neutral tones, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.
- Furniture should be compact and space-saving, without compromising on style or comfort.
-Make an autocad plan & Furniture placement. Give electrical layouts - lighting, switchboard and looping with all the dimensions for false ceiling as well. Basic 3D model (including walls, beams, columns, doors, windows, etc.) 3D design (living area, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms & all the toilets (attached & common). Rendered views of every room and all the walls after finalised design (with all the high quality materials, lights, shadows, etc.) to get the feel of the space.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
- Strong understanding of modern interior design principles and trends.
- Experience in creating space-efficient and aesthetically pleasing furniture layouts.
- Ability to work with neutral color palettes.
- Competence in designing false ceilings and basic structural plans.
If you can't deliver in said budget don't bid on this and waste my and your time.
