Modern Double Storey CAD Floor Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking an experienced CAD drafter to create comprehensive floor plans for a modern double-storey home. The design should include the ground floor and the second floor, with a stylish, contemporary architectural approach.
Also he needs to know australian design guidelines so he can use correct setbacks.
I am looking for something like the attached floor plan but to work in a 10m frontage by 42.5m depth.
So need to adjust and come up with a floor plan.
Downstairs:
1. 1 guest ensuite downstairs
2. Courtyard
3. Garage to be on right hand side
4. Zero lot boundary on southern side
5. Kitchen with scullery
6. Living dining open plan
7. Study room
8. No theatre required
Upstairs:
1. Creat same as the plan attached , adjust sizes to suit but configuration to be the same
2. Need to add balcony upstairs from masters room
