2D to 3D Model Conversion -- 2

I have a 2D drawing in DWG format that I need transformed into a 3D model. The model's complexity is basic, only involving geometric shapes such as rectangles, circles, and triangles.
Need a 3d model in Autocad dwg format which I can plug into a bigger system. No need for details on the inside of the screw feeder. Just the outside shape and rough outline of the motor and the bearing on the other end. The outer envelope dimensions and angle are important.
