We're seeking someone to make adjustments to existing stamped structural drawings for a timber frame cottage building. We also have stamped mechanical drawings.
We need adjustments to those plans, and we need architectural drawings for our permit application, floor plans, a roofing plan, foundation plan, decking plan etc. (to satisfy local requirements).
Must have a BCIN.
