Milkshake Vending Machine Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a vending machine design for milk products that meets USA food and hygiene standards. The machine should be entirely stainless steel and include the following features:
- Syrup Injection: Capable of injecting different syrups based on customer preference using automated solenoid valves. 8 separate flavors available.
- Milk Dispensing: Completely fill bottles with fresh milk for milkshakes or provide pure milk option.
- Self-Cleaning: Automatically cleans itself after each use to maintain hygiene.
- Bottle Sizes: Accommodate two different volume bottles.
- Payment Integration: Card payment and cash options included.
- Access Hatch: Rear access hatch for maintenance and refilling.
- Stock Area: Internal stock area for 100 empty 1/4 and 1/2 gallon glass rectangular bottles (dimensions can be provided).
- Safe Delivery: Once syrup and milk are in the bottle, a screw cap (metal) is placed on, and the full bottle is presented to the customer safely to prevent any falling or smashing.
