Key Tasks:
-> I'm looking for an innovative Mechanical Engineer to Reactor Design Recommendation for 3D-Printing of a Heat Exchanger Reactor.
-> Create a hand sketch or rough CAD model of the reactor.
-> For methanol synthesis in a pilot plant, a reactor with 50 reaction channels will be used. The reaction operates at 40-60 bar and 200-300°C and is exothermic, requiring continuous active cooling within the reactor. The reaction channels must contain catalyst particles or pellets. The reaction medium and the cooling medium should not mix, each having separate inlets and outlets.
