Metal RV Shade Mounting Bracket Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking an expert in mechanical engineering and design to create an innovative and universal mounting bracket. Ideal for use in recreational vehicles, the key specifications include:
- Material: As durability stands to be a main concern, the design should incorporate the use of metal.
- Size Compatibility: There's no need for adjustability features - a one-size-fits-all bracket will suffice.
- Installation Mechanism: Preference for a screw-in installation. Proficiency in designing with this assembly method is a prerequisite. Send in your proposals if your design capabilities align with my project requirements. Similar to a residential mounting bracket, this bracket should be a snap-in type of design to hold the shade and a screw-in design to mount to the RV (roof mount). There are several head rails that will have to fit into the bracket, so I could provide samples of the headrails. Not all drawings are available, unfortunately.
This bracket will be used for both pleated shades and roller shades.
