Metal Portable Frame Swing Design -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled craftsman to create a portable frame swing. This frame will require the swing attached to it to be able to move back and forth as well as side to side. With adjustable heights up to 180cm.

Requirements:
- Material: Metal
- Weight Capacity: Up to 100 lbs
- Finish: Powder-coated

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Metalworking expertise
- Experience with powder-coating
- Ability to design and build durable, portable structures
