Mechanical Part CAD Redesign
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I'm in need of a skilled CAD designer, preferably with Solidworks expertise, to assist in redesigning a mechanical part.
The part exists as a version for 3D printing and needs to be redesigned to be CNC ready for better accuracy. Especially: There is an internal structure. Thats why the part has to be designed to be more than 1 piece now and then be assembled. Connecting the part with screws has to be planned.
Once initial design is accepted, freelancer has to create drawings ready for manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in CAD, specifically Solidworks
- Experience in redesigning mechanical parts
- Ability to enhance part functionality. The part is for holding a weling electrode. Currently, the electrode is not centered well. the new part has to have better tolerances than the 3d printed part.
- Knowledge in optimizing performance of mechanical components
